I struggle to get that plastic wrapping off; he pieces are too big (I like to hide my pieces in a little coin purse, tuck them in my pocket and pull them out surreptitiously; the bigger pieces do not have that immediate "zip" of flavor the original ones do. You have to "tug" at them to get them out of their inexplicably large, environmentally wasteful new packaging; the size is no longer handy or unobtrusive. "If it ain't broke; do not fix it. ".

I have been buying the sugarless bubblegum for the past three years. You changed the packaging and the individual size. I will not buy your product any longer and am sorry to do so. The packaging is terrible, the gum gets wet because there is no foil to prevent it. It sticks in the packaging so it is hard to get out. Please go back to the old receipe for Trident original. Since 1960's Trident original has been my go to gum - and I chew a lot of gum. I will no longer be buying it unless y'all do what Coke did and provide the original version. It has an aftertaste (like when you drink diet soda), doesn't hold the flavor as long, texture is off. Many times, the gum is almost wet where it is difficult to extract from the paper in one piece and I have to wash my sticky hands after I put it in my mouth. This was a very bad decision - it's basically a new and significantly inferior product. I will have to look for a new gum. I will keep an eye out for Trident indicating they reverted back to the old receipe.

My dog got ahold of a package of Trident Gum and is in emergency care with xylitol poisoning. WHY on earth would you put an ingredient in there that is toxic to animals without a warning? I am appalled that your company is not more mindful of letting the public know of this danger I had no idea until I Googled it after my son called and told me that he found our six pound dog eating the gum. There should be an obvious warning on all packaging containing xylitol I may lose my much loved fur friend because of this. AND I am already out $2, 000. I would like to know how you plan to remedy this so that it doesn't happen to someone else. My family and I have vowed to NEVER bring Trident Gum into our house again and to make certain everyone knows of the dangers of xylitol to dogs.

We want you to know how much we appreciate and enjoy your gum. We are big fans of the Original flavor. However, we are not impressed with the packaging. It's very inconvenient when the package falls apart immediately after opening. The silver layer does not stick to the blue, top layer resulting in the package breaking; leaving you with gum falling out everywhere. For example, we keep our gum in the pocket of our purses only to find pieces of gum scattered everywhere. It's extremely annoying. If the package would close more efficiently and stay closed it would eliminate one of our everyday struggles. There is no other gum we would rather chew. Hi I have been an avid Trident Gum chewer for the past ten years at least. I love all the flavors, but my absolute favorite is the Watermelon twist, I buy it in bulk and probably chew a pack a day. Over the past few months though I have noticed that there is an inconsistency in in the watermelon flavor it actually tastes like the raspberry or strawberry flavor(my least favorite flavors). I have bought them in multiple states at multiple locations and still some packs are good and some are the strawberry or raspberry. I do not want to stop chewing my favorite gum, but getting the bad packs is so disappointing

Xylitol. A word/ingredient that I've never heard of before until tonight. Our Friday night has been spent mostly at the animal ER. Xylitol is a toxic ingredient that is found in most sugarless gums, and unfortunately our pups found a pack of Trident Gum. Leeloo ingested if not most, than a good majority of the gum. She will be staying over night at the hospital so they can watch her blood levels. She is a very sick puppy This has been a very expensive accident, and a lesson learned. If you have pets. Please learn from us to keep all gum and candies with this ingredient out of your home. I would never want another family to go through the fear of possibly losing your pet because of this. ????

Hello, Today I bought some Trident Layers (Swedish Fish) and I put a piece in my mouth and bit down on a very hard yellowish piece of something. I thought a filling or a tooth broke, but it wasn't. I have a box of Trident Tropical Twist that contains about 15 packages of gum, each package has 18 sticks. I am on the 4th package now and they are all bad The flap that opens the pack does not open the inside foil and I have to cut it w/a knife. The gum sticks are all stuck to the bottom and the only way to get them out is to rotate a stick outward from the box until it breaks free of the bottom. This action, of course, destroys the integrity of the package and it cannot be carried in a shirt pocket--it all falls apart. This is the only time this has occurred, but every pack in the box so far has this problem. I am thinking of tossing the entire box. Hopefully, quality control can catch these apparent over-gluing of the sticks to the foil liner for the future. Why do you need my photo? This is stupid.

Just wanted to say how incredibly disappointed and very angry I am that your gum no longer tastes the same and is, in fact, really bad. I have been buying your Watermelon flavored gum for many years. It's a routine of mine to start my car, take a piece of gum, and chew it while driving to work. I buy a 3-pack so I have enough as I have loved this gum for many many years. I have noticed that the gum is losing its flavor much sooner than it was. Now on my second 3-pack, clearly you have changed the flavor. There is very little taste when I start chewing and now, I cannot drive three miles without the gum becoming a tasteless piece of junk in my mouth. I am SUPREMELY Disappointed, and very pissed off. I would have preferred spending more money to have a product that tastes good. I am no longer your customer and will never buy your gum again. You lose my business, but why should you care, you big business trying to make more money on your customers. Trident stinks.

Please fix the current Trident Gum packaging. I have been a life long Trident lover. However, the current small rectangular original packaging has got to be updated. I recently purchased your Trident wondermint gum. This turned out to be a huge disappointment. The flavor had almost entirely disappeared within the first minute of chewing, and was completely gone by two minutes. That, and it tastes awful. It smells like moth balls as well. I probably wouldn't have purchased it had I been able to smell it through the plastic wrapper. I bought this gum because I wanted fresh breath after drinking a coffee, but it left my mouth tasting even worse. I would definitely not purchase this gum again. Do all of your flavors only last a minute?.

I buy this Gum at least once a month, but I purchased five of the jumbo packs of Trident White Spearmint and they were all stale. They were so hard that I had to suck on them a little to soften them up, and there was almost no flavor.

I purchased Trident Passion berry Twist on March 17,2015. I haven't opened it and the best buy date is July 26,2014.That definitely tells me its not rotated or someone isn't checking. I want a reimbursement for the inconvenience and way out of date gum.

I purchase your Trident Original Flavor quite often and I am frustrated by the fact that every time I "open" a new pack, the silver liner glue doesn't work and I am forced to rip it open myself. Please fix this issue as the package loses integrity when I have to do this. Thank you.

The coupons that you put in the stores for your product are not being left out for customers I entered into a cvs in my town and the manager was removing them from the shelf when I asked for one she said they are not for customers, I wanted to make you awar that the coupons your offering for your product are not being giving to customers that use it.
