I took a trip with uber on August 16 to the port of Miami to take a week cruise with driver Giraldo, after dropping us he called us back to trick us for a trip that we did not request using a name geovani, but I recognized his voice he did it to charge us $5. 00 canceling trip, this driver is robbing customers I refuse to pay for it and I demand a refund.

However, when I went to my bank account, I saw I was charged twice with tile of "Uber Technologies Inc 866-576-1039 Ca1" and "Uber *us Aug18 gdndp San Francisco Ca1. " I wonder to know why I was charged twice with two different Uber titles. Is it the systematic problem?

I am a Ft Lauderdale resident. Today, 7/21/18, at about 1:10pm I was driving and exited the northbound FL turnpike at Griffin Rd. I was the first car in line in the right turn lane at a RED light. There was a sign NEXT to the red light "NO TURN ON RED". I stopped and waited for the green. The car behind me honked and I pointed to the sign. He honked AGAIN, so I pointed to the sign and then waved him from behind me to go past if he chose to. He INDEED went around me and disobeyed the NO RIGHT TURN sign. I caught up to him at the next red light. I believe he is an UBER driver. FL tag EWWV 06/ red Hyundai Sonata. He is a menace and does NOT deserve to be driving for your company. Thank you.
