Despite the fact that the website is horrible for getting information, there is no customer service contact information. Their 30 day no hassle guarantee refund is a joke. It is not 30 days it is 29 days. They do not honor it. I have been trying for one 1/2 weeks to get refund information, which I still haven't received. I finally was able to track down a customer service number on the internet and the person was of absolutely no help. There was not a supervisor available for me to talk to. All I kept getting is "I am sorry, but this is what the website says". I caution all before renting/selling/buying a book from this place.

I am completely piss i am in college taking some of the hardest engineering class ever I order four book from you guys and only received one. I made this order since the 4th of September it is now the 14th of September like wtf you guys either send me my order as soon as possible or refund me my balance money. I ordered a book three weeks ago. Never received a confirmation number. However, the payment was taken out of PayPal the next day. I left a response with my email and phone number to get a call back, regarding my book. Never received either. After finally finding the 800 customer service number and speaking to someone three days ago, they assured me someone would contact me. I have not received an answer to why they would take my money and not send me my book.

My complaint and I will never order any books from them again. I placed an order and purchase a book on 12/21/15 I still have not received the books yet. This has been very frustrating for me. These people are telling me that I need to contact USPS to see where the book is and that the seller is not obligated to give me my money back. This process as I said before has been very, very frustrating. Never again and I do mean NEVER Customer Service is the worst.

The cost of the rental was very affordable,, but the instructions for sending my two books back were confusing. The instructions referred to one book as Book A and the other as Book B,, but the shipping labels were just the opposite. The instructions mentioned that one book be sent using a FedEx shipper,, but the shipping label was not FedEx. And of course, there was no telephone number anywhere on the instructions or on the site. I sent an email through their site requesting help,, but only to receive a scripted response that did not even answer my question. They better not charge a fee if the my books are sent to the wrong address. I had to Google the telephone number I will try it in the morning. I am very displeased. The customer service after the product is received is just not good.
