I been trying to reach Vodafone Es customer service (0034607123000) from overseas (Kuwait) via telephone, but their auto answering machine speaks Spanish ONLY and no option for English. We have an issue with our prepaid SIM and it seems that the line is not working and we hardly get in touch with Vodafone customer support to now what could go wrong. Is there anyone who can guide us what are the instructions they asking over the phone.

We highly recommend to put an options for English speakers on your telephone. Very important.

In February I went to the Vodafone office in La Marina Shopping Centre in Ondara to cancel my contract, they told me I have to cancel by phone despite the contract was made in that shop. Home I was calling Vodafone and canceled my contract, it was confirmed and just to make sure I called following day and it had been confirmed again. March paid my bill RI17768979 and I received two more bills for the next months. I claimed the money back. I wanted to complain to Vodafone, but MY VODAFONE was terminated by Vodafone and from this time on I was not able to talk to customer care on Vodafone. I was not able to call and my complains on FB were not answered to solve the problem. A couple of days ago I received a letter from I. S. G. F. INFORMES asking me to pay 110, 96 Euros. I'm sorry I will not pay this money. You have to sort out your mess yourself. It's your fault and not my fault. Kind regards.

Hi, I got a new phone last week and to be honest it is nothing, but trouble, went back to the shop who said they would send it to be repaired as I have already been without a phone for a week and I have only had the phone two days unthought this was ridiculous. I have been with Vodafone for 10'years, I am disgusted with his I have been treat and would have changed to a different network if I realised I was going to be palmed off with a load of crap. The registration of my SIM card failed. Why. I understood I had six months time before use or recharging. I live in Spain for five months per year. I purchased a (pay as you go) Vodafone last year, when we arrived back in Spain this year, we found our phone closed down. We were told because it had not been used for around six months they took the telephone number away. We had 50 euros worth of credit on the phone. We were NEVER told the phone had to be used continually, I would like a refund of the 50 euros or give us a new number with the same amount of credit. Can you please sort this out for me, I cannot imagine it is legal to close down our phone when we were still in credit, with absolutely no warning. For several weeks there has been no signal in lajares Fuerteventura. I have visited your shop in corralejo, and was informed to take out thesim card and then put it back in and yes whilst in corralejo, all is okbut on returning to lajares, once again no signal-emergency calls only. The shop state the problem is engineers working on the line this cannot be so as the problem is being experienced 24 hours per day. Every day.
