Hi, i bought a Moncler jacket from cruise fashion two years ago, i have wore the jacket a handful of times and there is signs of wear and tear already, label inside is hinging off, elastic hood tie has snapped I am very disapointed with this after spending this anount on this jacket i expect a bit better quailty. I no longer have the receipt or i would most certainly be returning this product to cruise fushion. I sincerely hope Moncler can do something regarding my complaint. Kind regards

I have tried to contact Moncler italy re a possible fake company in China selling Moncler. This company is advertising freely in Instergram. I unfortunately thought it was real as I'm sure hundred other did so, purchased a Moncler jacket with is a fake. Moncler should contact Intergram re this and stop selling fake Moncler jackets on the site. I have copies of address, emails etch of this fake company.

I bought a Montcler jacket in Germany over Christmas as a gift for my brother in China. When he started to wear it, he noticed that the string at the bottom of the jacket (to tighten the jacket at the bottom) is broken. The sales in Germany told me that Montcler jacket comes with one year world wide warranty. But when i asked the Montcler store in China, they said they only repair jacket that is bought in China. I have the same problem with the snaps broke up after one day of wearing! bought the jacket in Germany as a gift for my brother. When i bought it the sales said there is a one year world wide warranty. But now it is broken, the sales in china said the warranty is only applicable in china if it is bought here.
