I need some serious help with my current Blood Pressure Monitor. Within the past few years I had purchased the current Nokia BP 801, to replace my original Withings BP monitor with the green material on the inner side. This current Nokia BP 801 has been failing to remain in an "on" position to take a single measurement. Have replaced batteries persistently with little result. The on light which has always been inconsistent, now will not remain on even when I am pressing it persistently. I am supposed to take my blood pressure daily. Hello, the original pulse was give to me in December 2015, several weeks later it stopped working properly. It has been inconsistent ever since, it would go days without working, and then out of the blue start working again. I purchased another pulse couple months and it is not charging. I left it charging for several days and it is still not charging. It would be greatly appreciated if you could address this issue for me. I became attached to this device because it motives me in the number of steps I take and to be able to monitor my sleep pattern. They advertise the battery last for eight months. It doesn't. I had to replace it three times within ten month period to the point where the back cover would not pop open anymore. I emailed Customer Service, and all they could tell was to go to a watchmaker, then complete silence. The watch is still in warranty, so I would like to return it.

I purchased an Activite watch four months ago. In a course of four months I replaced the battery twice. I use the alarm only five times a week. This is a very basic and minimal use, your manual calls for the battery to last nine months under normal use. I have been in contact with your customer service and wasn’t able to get help. I do not think it makes any sense that in a course of four months this is the second time I replace a battery. Essentially this watch has seen three batteries if you count the one it came with. There is no heavy usage of the alarm. Since the last communication I have sent about six emails requesting a manager to contact me. However to no avail, I was completely ignored I am very unhappy with the battery consumption; I am very unhappy with the lack of response and see it very unprofessional and disrespectful. I would like to return this product.

The day after I took the watch back to the retailer and they promised to change it. After six week yesterday 24 of September they did contact me and told me that the watch is changed for a new one. I took it back home and realized that they gave me the same watch again which does'nt charge.
