The Surajpur (Uttar Pradesh) plant was established in 1984 and holds the capacity to produce 1 million motorcycles and scooters annually. The quality standards of this plant meet global quality benchmarks for exporting goods. There are 3 vehicle assembly lines and 4 engine assembly lines.
The Faridabad (Haryana) plant was established in 1965 and upgraded in 2008. This plant manufactures machinery parts such as Gears and shafts, Clutch Assembly, Body Cylinder, Crank, Crank Case and Head Cylinder.
