Thought I was dealing directly with Hampton Inn. Received confirmation and immediately tried to cancel my reservations for three rooms. Never received any reply from Hotelsone. Now my credit card has been charged $748. 78 and now Hotelsone tells me I cannot receive a refund on my card, because I did not cancel soon enough. TERRIBLE.

The phone number given to me by expedia to call you to cancel the reservation does not work. The online cancellation also does not work. I had to call six different people to get my reservation cancelled The confirmation is 279178046. I really hope I get my refund, if if not, I will go through my bank.

Good Morning, Last week I made a request to provide City of Bunbury a copy of the Invoice related to Booking Number 8144533318800 under the name of Gavin Harris for Oct 14-19, 2019 stayed at Pullman Melbourne on the Park. Upon his check out, he asked for a receipt, but the hotel refused to issue any Tax Invoice because it was booked thru a third party(Hotelsone).
