I had received a very nice Yeti with my name DEB on the front and the phase on back said "I love you to the moon and back"
This was a give from my daughter for mothers day and I am really PISSED off that someone STOLE it on my vacation. I would like to know how I can get another one without my daughter knowing that the gift she gave me was STOLEN. I have contacted the Hotel and made a MAJOR complaint.
I'm a 59 yr old woman and have enjoyed Yeti products for yes BC they WORK. Ibelieve I have a BETTER design for the mouth piece on your cups. U lead Pamper's to there better diaper with including elastic bands around legs. Sincerely. Debra Pryor 6622296869.

I was given I believe a 32 oz. Hot/cold drinking cooler cup. I really love the cop. But the handle broke and I need it replaced. I have only had this cup a month for mothers day. Please replace the handle.
I bought a 20oz Yeti about a month ago. I have been really sick for about two weeks now cant eat without throwing up and extreme bad headache that nothing i take makes it go away. I noticed my cup smelled really bad i wash it daily so it was kinda strange to me my husband suggested i soak it in hot soapy water. So i did when i went to wash it after about an hour of it soaking i noticed something on the top side inside and on the very bottom it looked like really big ladybugs so i poured the water out and got to looking and it was rust and alot of it there are two holes in my cup pin size holes one on the sidewall at the top and one on the bottom i havnt used my cup in a few days and low and behold i havnt been sick anymore. This is my 2nd Yeti and the other i lost as why i bought a new one the first i never had problems with a absoutley love my Yeti.
My Yeti seems it's not sealing properly on lid. Ice is melting by mid morning. I live in freer Texas and it's been 100 plus this days, but this has been going on for months. Please help on this matter.

This is a request. I take a daily medicine that must be kept cool or it will lose its benefit. I do not want to say the name of the drug here, but would gladly speak with someone. This always presents a problem for me when I travel, even just to a three hour baseball game for my grandson. I fret about it all the time. I need one of your products that will fit in my purse or hang around my neck in my key case. Please accept the challenge. Build one and they will come. If I need this then the thousands of others on this medicine and many others need it to. Also, I love the tumbler my son gave me as a gift. I use it everyday. My green tea never tasted so good. I bought the 20oz tumbler in February while on vacation in Florida. I had purchased my husband the 30 oz in December and he loves it. I noticed that mine was not keeping ice long at all, I had to add ice every time I made a drink. This past weekend while on the lake I noticed mine had small rust spots on the outside. This has not happened to my husbands or any of our friends with these same cups. Something is obviously defective with mine. Can you replace? I am trying to add a picture below, but it doesn't seem to be adding it.
HI Yeti i am so excited i just received my first Yeti Tumbler Cup. I am in love with it It keeps my tea and coffee hot and my ice water super cold. The only problem is my co-workers have them at work as well, which is NOT good because we can not tell whose is whose. I would like to suggest, since the lids can be sold separately, if you can produce different colored clear lids. For example, green, blue, red, orange, black, purple, pink. I think this would increase profit in lids as well as cups. So many people would like the idea, everyone will want there own at parties and gatherings and have a signature color to identify there cups with. Besides that Yeti brand is incredible. I purchased the 20oz Yeti Tumbler for my husband for his Birthday in Jan 2016 and he said it has been leaking water around the bottom of the tumbler and I paid $29. 99 for the tumbler.

The worst customer service I have ever experienced. I was overcharged by over 32 dollars and they will not respond to multiple voicemail as well as emails. I have not once spoken to an actual human being on the phone, and I have called probably ten different times. It is despicable that a company that is so popular can treat their customers so poorly. As of this moment I have still not been refunded the $32. 88 that, in my mind, Yeti stole from me.
I agree 100%. I have also left several phone messages and also emailed them six times with no response. Horrible customer service. Here is my solution: when you call the customer service number, hit option one like you are a yeti dealer. You will then be able to speak to a live person. It worked for me. Good luck!.
Do you have a seal able lid or a lid that can be closed for the Yeti 30 oz. Tumbler?.
