My Parcel NoP2G35238215 was to be picked up from School House Raughton Head, Carlisle CA5 7DD on 17th May, but this did not take place. On tracking I am informed that there was nobody in and a card was left. This is a lie. There were three people here all day and evening, nobody came and there was no card left. I have stayed around this morning to see if any body called and until I checked on Tracking. I have had to rebook collection for Thursday 19th. I will now have to arrange to be here for that collection. Your incompetence has cost me a lot of money and I demand compensation.

The parcel I was expecting was delivered on the day I particularly requested no delivery, as I was not going to be home to take delivery of it. It was left with a neighbor against my wishes. Also, at the same time there should have been a collection of the Used Nespresso Capsules Bag and a delivery of replacement Nespresso Capsule Recycling Bag. This delivery was on Thursday 27th November 2014 - this was the day I particularly requested it NOT to be delivered. I have spoken to "Sara" in Customer Service and I believe she is trying to deal with this matter.
