Dear, I have ordered boots of Isabel Marant in size 37 for 357euros that were paid by Sofort banking, see proof of payment in attachment. Unfortunately I didn't receive any confirmation of the order nor of the paiement and 5 working days later, no delivery. I've sent over 7 emails by using the form on your website, you.com customer, but I didn't receive one single replay within the five working days. I have found this email address on google, so I really hope I will get a reply from you. In case I don't receive any replay by Friday 25/09/2015, I will be obliged to take legal actions in order to get a refund. I'm count on your professionalism. Regards, Sjorena Zarandia
