My mobile 9495597092 has a post paid connection. As per the scheme it suppose to have unlimited calls on roaming. My daughter uses this number and recently she went to Chennai and Lucknow. Unfortunately the connection did not work outside Kerala. I checked from BSNL and was confirmed that the connection has roaming for calls and data. Her handset (Samsung Tab) is set for roaming, but she was unable to receive nor make calls outside Kerala. Request you to help. Regards

Sir, I am Kuriakose M. P., I applied a new land line connection with BB on 17. 05. 2015. I paid sum of Rs. 500. 00 (Rt. No. ENKPBR0215051500170 DT. 18. 05. 2015) for new connection. But not get the connection till date. I inquired the concerned exchange (Odakali 0484). They said no "cable pair". My residence is in the end of Odakali exchange, and the beginning of Perumbavoor and Keezhillam Exchange. No 3G signals in my area. Two broadband connections in (150 meter distance) nearby my house. Sir, Please help me in this regard. Landline and BB is most urgent for the study of my daughter (B. Sc. Nursing,) and son (B.com. First Year).

A lady picked the call and informed to call (04842375656), the number always shows as busy. I am having 9in my wife's name)landline number 0484 2416586 connected with broadband. More than last eight months I was facing problems with the connection. I registered complaint during Jan.13, but nobody attended and it was left unattended for almost four months and after my repeat visit to Cherai Telephone office they made some temporary arrangement which last almost 4-5 weeks and now since last two months it was not working. The telephone number displayed as appellate authority at cherai telephone office is not working at all and the repeated complaint registration only return simple automatic reply that your complaint is already registered and being attended shortly. Is anybody can help me out of it so that it will work without any hinderance for longer duration??
