My Carrier split air condition had problem. I sent it to service center with complaint number 91437405 on 2nd July 2015. After three days of taking the air condition they reverted to me with the costing of 14000 against repair and installation. I asked them to return my air condition and was ready to refund the auto fare. On 13th they returned my air condition with almost in damaged condition and that too after taking the local customer care center along with call center agent. I presume they have even taken out some of the parts. They estimated cost was 4000 in the job card. No where it was mentioned in the job card why customer did not wanted to repair the air condition. This is a case of clear mental harassment. If i am not getting any remedy on this i will file a case in consumer forum and will register a PIL against the company. I need someone to revert on this with solution and service mind set.

Dear Sir/Madam, This is with references of subject split AC, which I purchased in the month of Aug. 2014 from Glowfast Electronics, Shalimar Garden Ext. two, Sahibabad, Ghaziabad, and within a span of eight (Eight) months the AC stopped Cooling. When I called the technicians from your company they said that gas filling is required. I just want to tell you that I preferred Carrier AC over all other brands, and if this is the condition in such a short span of time. What is the guarantee that it will not create a problem in coming time. So I want the AC to be replaced rather than gas refilling without delay. And actually I regret my decision of taking the AC of this brand. Warmly request you to kindly adhere to my complaint ASAP. Your prompt response shall be highly appreciable in this regard.

Dear Sir,
I purchased two ton carrier window air condition from Karan Electronics Gorakhpur. Noise was observed high and irritating. We complained to Karan Electronics they send technician, but the could not fix the problem. There is no problem with cooling, but noise is very irritating. I donot know if the technician sent by Karan Electronics is competent or not, but this problem of noise is from day one after installation.

I bought a Carrier window air condition 1.5 ton Duracool from Kapila Electronics, Janakpuri on 29th March 2013. Now the gas has leaked and cooling dropped considerably with ice formation after the air condition is switched off. I made a complaint on the toll free number and my customer ID is 91130523. this was around two weeks ago, but no corrective action has been taken so far by the company. I am highly dissapointed with the after sale service. I hope my problem is resolved at the earliest.
