Since last four to five days, i am getting calls from Aquaguard about the service. I have agreed and asked them to send the service man and I also received the message that technical team will reach me shortly (Request ID 40945). Daily morning I receive the call and wait for the technical person to call me, but not even a single person has called and come to my house and made the service. It is very very very pathetic. I am waiting since last five days for the service to be done.

Providing worst server to the customer, even customer support engineer also. The person came for installation and did improper installation, still the water leakage is not rectified. Many times we called he is not picking the phone, and the response we get from customer care is within 48 hours it will be solved, but no one came. Already 15 days is over.

Our request 88202222 dated 16th July 2016 for water leakage was attended by a technician called anjaneiah who destroyed the machine and went. Now the water filter does not work. Even after multiple calls to the call centre over the current week, till date no one has come to fix the issue. The customer centre just keeps apologieing and not doing anything else. Other request numbers 88240560 )18th July) and 88291717 (21st July) is are just getting raised so that the customer centre can showcase that the issue is fixed. This is a really futile exercise just to follow up with the customer centre and not get any solution. Even after telling many times to send a senior technician, they keep assigning the request to anjaneiah. Is it that eureka forbes is does not have good technicians. If that is the case, they should not be selling water filters in the first place.

I took AMC for one year from March 2015 to March 2016 for my water filter, till now no single free service has done. Now they are calling me to renew AMC for one more year. When I asked for free service, they said, AMC is expired, then I said no service has done in one year, for that they said, they will do it in two hors, after that they have not reverted. They are disconnecting my calls. I said it almost one year is over, children are there in my home. Kindly do it at the earliest. They did not responded to my call. They are asking me to pay money for the service.

We have purchased Dr, aqua guard on 18/06/2015 on monthly installment scheme and down payment as been made and instrument as been given, after installation the water taste was not good and in taste also, your service men attended the they also reported some problem is there, but anybody as not be solved the problem, it so i given stop payment request to the bank and monthly installment as been stopped, but no one your person was not contact me and also not solved the problem up to four month, after 4th month they came and collected the aqua guard product and given a letter and with in 15 days we will return back your amount and instrument back until now no one contact me and they have not return back my instrument. It so verify my complaint and solve the problem with in a week other wise i go further option.

I purchased a ro water purifier from eureka forbes on March 8th 2014. I was instructed that the receipt of the payment made for the sum of 14990/- INR will be sent through post within the next 15 days. It has been two and half months as of today and i have not received any receipt for the payment made by me. I made the payment with the help of credit card on 17th March 2014. Please provide me with the payment receipt for the product without which i will not be able to claim any warranty.

Since then there has been around five registered issue that the water is muddy. Every time service person cleans it, It works for two weeks and again the problem repeats. We have purchased Aquaguard RO four years back.Its such a worst decision. Every few months we end up with some or the other problem. Most of the time all the four filters needs to be replaced.Every time they replace the filters they wont be from a sealed pack. I doubt they are new. Some times motor problem, some times tap problem,etc..
And especially the service. Absolutely pathetic service in Bangalore. No one will end up for few days. Every time we have to give 10,15 tries to customer care. If some body lifts, they say that they will send the service guy within the same day, but no body turns out for a week. And after that it takes weeks for them to solve a problem.
Once the problem starts, it will end up giving problem for every few months. How come they offer such a worst service.
And service people, they are rude when they talk to customers. Ridiculous. Spending so much amount and having no peace with it. I do not ever refer this to some one to buy.

My aquaguard is overdue for service as a part of annual maintenance contract. Person visited two weeks back and informed that the candles need to be changed immediately because using it the way it is now is like drinking direct tap water. He promised to come back next day, but inspite of follow up no one has turned up yet. Have been trying to call the customer care number, but it is not getting through. Service is really very bad. Living in a community of 2000 flats not sure what kind of feedback to share with others.
