The technician visited and opened the cooler and left it in as it is state since more than two weeks. Nobody is responding from CGL end. This is very annoying and shocking state. In addition to this the engineer told Me about the water leakage that you need not to full the tank as it is the manufacturing fault in this model and it will persist in all models of turbo sleek. Really a shocking answer and nobody can even imagine such loophole can exist likewise. Till now the back pad cover is not being received and chasing the company since so long.
