I was really not expecting such services from your side. I spent 9000 rupees to purchase this cooler model- C. D-503. But there is a leakage in the water tank. I did lodge a complaint on your customer care and a technician visits at my place on 24/5/2016 and charged me rupees 300 for the visit and assured me the tank will be replaced soon. Since that day I am calling your customer care, but they are not listening anything. My complaint number is C160502200365. I'm tired with daily calling your customer care thrice only to listen 24-48 hours sir. Being a senior citizen in this scorching heat I am suffering this because my only fault is i rely on your brand name USHA. But the services I am getting is remarkable. Please do reply on this else i'll understand that there will be no one available out there to help a 70+ old man who spent the money for some trash. Regards

P just after reaching home i made complaint that it is leaking from knob he told me to make complaint to service centre next day A man came and take out knob, but not returned a week again i inform shop man next day another man came but the also not solved the problem he came two times i also visited shop 4-5 times. But till 24/05 /15 problem not solved its body is also leaking below water indicater. Can you replace cooler, because the defect is since same day of purchase (just one hour later).
