I have written mail to customer care and also contact sunflame Pune service center, but really disappointed with the service, i have registered complain in August and not its October, but no one came from service center to repair the stove, i got tired by calling again and again to service center, but no one came to repair it yet. Really very very disappointed with sunflame's service.

I have purchased one Sunflamr Chimney - Royal Auto Clean on 16th March 2013. two weeks back suddenly the chimney stopped working, the fan stopped suddenly during operation. I have logded one complaint for servicing the chimney through your customer care center on 1st November 2013 anmd I was provided with a docket No - 13K3 and I was told that the technician would call and come within 1-2 days time. Bit till now no one came for the servicing. I have called almost 15 times to your coustomer care number - 033 40043510 and every time the lady in the phone telling me the same that the person will come shortly for servicing. today I called up three times from morning and the lady who picked up the call was so rude and arrogant that it seems that it my mistake that I have called and requesting for servicing. inspite of requesting for servicing for chimney which is merely seven months old and it

Dear Sir, I while serving in the Army. I had purchased a sunflame cooking stove two brass burner during 1990. I feel its nossell and its related items are required to be replaced with new original one,if it is so, there is no problem in the gas stove as its steel is very shining. May I request the following :-

(a) Either the parts of my old two burnner gas stove may please be replaced with new original one.

or

(b) My above old sunflame gas stove be exchanged with new one of latest model(2-3 burnner) as desirous my family members.

The minimal adjustable amount may be paid.
