A phone call from your company was received by me in March 2018 for service as its warranty period was expiring on 15. 04. 2018. TODAY morning, modeIP-209SW geyser fell down breaking its supports mounted on the wall damaging it badly. This would have caused severe damage to us. Any such failure can occur only due to poor quality of its material of which its body is made. As such this is a serious failure on the part of the manufacturer which is not expected from company like Symphony. Hi, All, at Symphony. I had purchased an Air coller 22i Diet on March 20th 2016, and after using for two days the bottom rollers had come off, and I called Reliance Digital, Koramangala, Bangalore from where I purchased. They told me to call for customer care after one month an Technician came and replaced two rollers which is off difft. Model and told us next he will replace all the 4. Till now he has not turned up, I called Ahmedabad customer care on 30th June, and gave me assurence that next day Technician will come, but till now no one has come. And they gave a persons No. Called Sundaravadivelu, Now who is telling me that the rollers are chargable. If it is so then why the person who came to do the service did not tell us and then what is the use of warrenty. Some one is interested in answering me I am really fed up of calling repeatedly to customer care, which is worst in solving the issues.

I purchased High-Cool symponyCooler. After 20 days of use the cooling stopped working. I raised compalint on 8th May 2016. Till now no nobody contacted me. Dear Sir I have purchased a Symphony sumo air cooler from my nearest dealer kamalya sales ranchi a few days ago in 10. 04. 2016, but after two days it create many problems such as its pump goes destroyed and it is creating some unnecessary sound. So i contacted the dealer to fix this problem as soon as possible so they send a mechanic for service, but still its in the same situation as earlier and making trouble. In my experience with this product i come to the conclusion that your company's service is doubtful and it failed to satisfy my expectation with your products.

MORE MORE PROBABLY. I just call the engineer to clean the cooler and he come clean it, but the way he do so it's seems to be learn even, he did not open bottom screw, such things are happen, but the main issue is how to clean the water pump. The engineer wash he open water pumps and he told us that it's rotator will damage then he Chang it and he went. In evening I start it with sufficient water in tank then a sound is come from the pump then again I call engineer to tell all things, but the new engineer told me that forget all about this he also not put the position of pump even not put the screw, and scratching sound come through multi directional swing. My Symphony sumo cooler conditions is so bad

I had purchased a Symphony cooler Sumo from M/s VEDOMS nagpur, vide bill no CR14 dtd. 01/04/2016 On receiving the cooler the water pump was not working. The technician from your service centre informs me that is a defect from the factory. Do you check the quality of the product or not? or taking the advantage of the season you are supplying substandard products to the consumers. I have not received the catalog or the warranty card. The dealers informed me that the company is no longer supplying the same. Is it some kind of a joke.
