I take out a contract in March 2018 by MTN branch cape gate cape town. It is acontract with a Samsung Z2 phone. The phone give me problems and the IT person by the branch told me it is a factory fault he can not help me I must buy anew phone. I can not see that I sit with a 24 month contract whithout a phone. Hi. I am experincing a problem and it is affecting my phones functions. From Saturday I have been getting missed call notifications from one number it is non stop. My battery is now affected by this. Please assist me and rectify this as it seems like a technical problem. Hi. My MTN cell number is 0735589245. On Saturday, the 24th I bought R105, 00 days bundle using my Absa cell phone banking app. Till today, the 26th, I still have not received the data. Through out the weekend I have tried calling your call centre in an attempt to talk to a consultant. Unfortunately I only get the automated service which does not give the option I need. Please help

A month before going overseas, I confirmed that my boss who has an MTN contract would have roaming. In January while he was in Australia, his roaming never worked. This time I called and got MTN to send an email confirming that all would be working. This service is also being paid for on his monthly contract. Once again, he is in Europe and his roaming is not working. Not acceptable.

Account that was handed over to MBD INC about 13 years ago, but still pay on this account try to contact mnt legal they have no record to gave me spoke to MBD INC and according to them I still own MTN R10 000 how can it be the one office said that I am already being paid in full than the other MTN agent can not help me. Double standards send email, but still didn't receive any feedback or call from you. MBD INC can not send me prove of payments for the pass 13 years. Poor service.

MTN has opened a fraudulent account in my name with my bank details. I have never ever opened an account with MTN. Unable to speak to any customer care on your network. All I have is the reference on my bank account MTN SP A5236664. I do not have or know the cell number as I do NOT have an account with MTN. I need this contract stopped, flagged for fraud and my name cleared
Is there a number I can phone to report this as I am pretty sure this complaint message will not have a response and be ignored.

Someone call me from Ignition. And we agree on a contract. When they deliver the cellphones I was not happy. Since the same day I was Trying to get hold of ignition, but they are every day off line or they hang the phone up on me. I do not want the cellphones that they send to me and I want to cancelled the contract. The seven days are already over and yet nobody phone me back. This is real bad service to sell MTN contracts. I applied for a contract for a wifi router which originally had five gig anytime and five gig night express, since it was on promotion i would receive seven GB anytime and one GB night express. I applied telephonically with Zama and the number 083 790 5717 was approved and activated on the 15th of August, but to my surprise i only received 5GB and not even the 30GB promotional data advertised. I have been calling them for a week and noone can help, but they acknowledge that it was a mistake to be rectified. If i cannot get what i was promised then i might as well cancel it. Regards

I'm out of the country late in December i bought a micro SIM card from Foschini. I want to use the new number from the micro SIM card, but seeing that i'm in Zambia i cannot access either 173 or the toll free number for MTN South Africa. I had a number 078 073 7222, but it seems my number have been closed. I would like to do SIM swap as i need my old number. I am asking for help as when i left i didn't activate the micro SIM card as my new phone was a Christmas present so in that manner i could not get a new number. I'm a frustrated customer. For several years I had a contracted with Nashua and received excellent service. I could pay my account directly at their shop. In December 2014 we change to MTN. No account because of postal strike. SMS amount owed. Account paid of R217. 26th on 26th January 2015. And confirmed at MTN Brooklyn showing a ZERO balance. I'm still receiving threatening SMS's from MTN for payment of account. If my credit rating is damaged I will seek legal advice. Hi my name is ShadleyPillay - I purchased a Bb 9720 from mtn walker drive port elizabeth seven july 2014 - the speaker is faulty the camera goes blank it doesn't want to take picture. I took the phone in and I was directed to MTN worker street. They argued with me the customer. That the phone is water damaged. Its utterly unfair for them not to even book the damn phone in. I paid R2699 cash so I would appreciate some cooperation being professional and treating me with respect. She just refused to assist and sent me away. Please revert back to me as soon as possible. I will wait for a positive response, but I am very disappointed in MTN and won't support you guys again.
