Mr. Randy On Phone To AAFES Collections Department Service
My complaint is that the AAFES statement from over a month ago 2/21/2018 show's my account balance as being $0. 00 (confirmed by phone, Paid-In-Full). My DFAS retirement statement 3/01/2018 shows another allotment deduction of $230. 12 being taken out, even though the debts been paid in full. I have call numerous times since 3/2/2018 requesting (1) if the payment had posted and (2) If it did, a refund of $230. 12. According to the documentation I have in my possession, my debt to AAFES has been paid in full, a deduction was made on my Retirement pension of $230. 12, even though the debts been paid in full. According to the documentation I currently have in my possession, I have a refund of $230. 12 coming to me. Also, I am also requesting reinstatement of my Star Card as well. My email address is: Randy syogi61@gmail.com and my phone number is: 509-389-2261. Your assistance in this matter greatly appreciated. Respectfully.

Ms. Brenda Madera On Phone To AAFES Collections Department Service
Hi my name is Brenda Madera 1435 (last four of social) and I was contacting you guys today because I recently tried to apply for a star card, but was told I had a hold on my account, I contacted your collections department and was told the hold is from 2014. An old account that was payed off by tax garnishment back in 2014/2015. It seems like it's a hold that should of been lifted 60 after it was payed in full, but for what I believe to be a system error it has not almost four years later. I was assured that you guys can view that in your system and after it's cleared I can reapply for the star card. If you can please let me know if there is anything that needs to be done by me to get this cleared I would really appreciate it, my email is brendarmt19@yahoo.com and my phone number is 818-967-9855. Thank you for your time and I look forward to hearing from you. Respectfully Brenda Madera .
