Thank you for your time. In March 2016 I purchased a King side bed with a what they claim is a real leather headboard. My problem started about three months ago when I noticed a chemical smell and determined that the head board is the problem. I call Baers furniture in Florida, they sent out a service rep who could not smell the order. I have had several neighbors into my condo and the do detect the order. Today I again call Baers furniture to be told that nothing can be done. I was advised to contact the company that holds the warranty on the bed who were also no help. I would appreciate if someone could contact me to help.

I bought a Bernhardt leather sectional couch with matching leather cocktail table, a chair and ottoman and the chair broke on the bottom and the leather is changing color, I called Haverty's and they said there was only a one year warranty, I think for $8, 000, someone should stand behind this product. I bought two chairs and a sofa from Bernhardt store in Edina, Minnesota on September 2009. The steam cleaners soaked my cushion from the sofa N5857 AVON Wood Frame. To dry I placed it five feet from a gas fireplace and it scorched one side. My fault, but I need to know if I can buy another seat cushion for it, or can I purchase the fabric from you? My name is Evelyn Fields and I live in Ohio. I bought a Kendrick 98" all leather sofa(which I love)from Morris Home Furnishings. The reason for my contacting you is I have a problem and I am hoping you can help me. The color on my cushions is rubbing off and I do not know how to fix it. Is there a repair kit I can buy or can I buy new cushion covers? Hopefully I can repair the covers as I cannot afford to buy new ones, if that is possible. The attached pictures aren't the best, but you can see the worst parts. The ribbing and the bald spot. The rest of the cushions have lost about half their color. Thank you so much for any thing you can help me with.

We purchased the Breckinridge Bernhardt leather sofa approx. two years ago. We love the couch, however, the color has faded so badly that it is very noticeable and the cushions are entirely a different light tan from the dark brown leather. We have used the care products given to us when we purchased the couch. Is there a product or anything that can be used to restore its original color? We paid good money for the couch and I am a bit disappointed in the way it has faded.
