We recently moved into a rental home located at 2120 Chevy Chase Dr., in Brea, CA 92821. The owner of the home knows nothing about it. Today something set off the alarm because apparently it is still active. I finally touched the CANCEL button and it shut off two different alarms in the house. The screen shows the number 08 with TROUBLE beneath it. I can not see a model number on the unit as it is attached to the wall in a bedroom and apparently is hard wired. Is there any way you can research this to deactivate this system completely? On the right hand side of the unit are four buttons: ON, MOTION OFF, INSTANT and OPTIONS. Hope this helps. CASH PICK UP SERVICE HAS BECOME HORRIBLE FOR THE LAST FEW MONTHS. OUR CONTRACT STATES four DAYS A WEEK PICK UP AND Brinks DOES NOT PROVIDE THE SERVICE ACCORDING TO THE AGREEMENT. FOR EXAMPLE - NO PICK UP WAS DONE ON MARCH 17, 18, 19. AND NO ONE TO TALK ABOUT IT DUE TO THE FACT THAT NO PHONE NUMBERS AVAILABLE FOR A SERVICE.
