I ordered Breast Actives a few months ago, but I have not received my order. I have contacted the customer care via phone (because the do not provide an email address) countless times, but the phone just keeps ringing, until a woman's voice finally answers and says "no one is answering, goodbye". I would like to request a reshipment of my order because I have sent tons of emails and phoned every post office possible, but every post office says they have no record of my tracking number. I have also sent sent an email to Breast Actives to ask if they have given me the right tracking number, but no one responds on my emails. Good Day, I made an order for Breast active on November 12, 2015. I made an error in placing my order and immediately called to change my shipping address. The agents supposedly changed it and assured me it was updated. However in my tracking it stated the destination of the wrong address. When I called again, they said I needed to wait another 5-10 working days for my order. I wanted the option of my money back. The supervisory agent Ms Fitz stated she will return my call in ten minutes of which she never did. When I returned the call and gave my confirmation number, they stated my confirmation number does not exist. I will really like a return of my money or some feedback.
