Unfortunately, I'm unable to use it, because I can not able to register online (despite several attempts). Impossible to create account. Please, would you be able to send me an Activation Code by Email. Slmusique@hotmail.com

I bought in a past, a version of Sonar X1 by online (serial number; CXSE100428017012516 with activation code; 6C6B-3D90-E1D8-5F38, but if at this time I create a account, I'm not remember the user name and password. Thank you.

I have Cakewalk Music Creator five, but cannot use it because my computer crashed and after reloading I need the registration code. I do not have the code and when I follow the instructions on the website I cannot get the code because the serial number is needed to do so. The website says my serial number belongs to someone else, but I bought the software new and no one else has utilized it except me. I need the registration code. None of the phone numbers provided above are working and there is no email support on the Cakewalk website. This is really frustrating. Bob Steele

I have Cakewalk Music Creator 5. My computer crashed and I had to reload everything. It needs my registration code, but I no longer have it. I've tried the Cakewalk website, but it says that my product is registered to someone else so I cannot retrieve the registration code. I am the original owner. I cannot use the product. What is my next step?

I have Music Creator 5. My computer crashed and after I reloaded Cakewalk it required the registration number. I no longer have that number. I tried the web site tech support, but went around circles without being able to register. I can no longer use the software since the time to register has expired. How do I get my registration number? And do you have a usable email address?.

It is now 2:40 PM and not only have I not received the invoice, I never received the Redemption Code or the Serial Number. In addition, there is no evidence of any order on my account.
