I, and my partner both purchased ckI2U three x 50ml and one x 100ml after testing it in the shop and falling in love with it. However, when we tried our purchases out at home we were very disappointed to discover that the scent did not last more than an hour, unlike the tester that we tried in the shop. I tried to take them back to the shop (Superdrug), but they refused to accept them back and said that I needed to send them back to the manufacturer. The bracelet is under warranty so I visited one of your stores in regent street for it to be sent away for repair. This happened on 22/06/2015. I was given a repair order form as receipt. I have been contacting the store regarding the progress of my bracelet which should have taken couple weeks to be fixed it's taken nearly three months. I have spoken to the manager of regent street on countless times of which she insists to call me back and she never does. She interrupts me with I'm looking into it and she never does. I have a client number here (44605) can you please look into this and notify me. I would either like to take my service elsewhere as this is the worst customer service I have experienced. The manager in regent street has not helped the matter at all in fact has only infuriated the circumstances. I have reached the maximum point regarding being patient.

I am a pensioner, who sells some item on ebay. Friends and family hand in items and a lot of the money that is won from these items amount is £2, up to may be £6. It is not much, but it goes to a Cancer charity. I have recently returned from the USA to the UK with a cotton and leather ck dress. When i have looked at the cleaning instructions it stated that it is petroleum solvent, only dry cleaning.
I took this to four different dry cleaners in the UK, before i found one that would take it. They advised that they send all petroleum solvent items away to a company called Elite. When i went to go collect the dress after two weeks, the company (Elite) had refused to wash it as they were 'concerned' that the leather would bleed into the white cotton.
How do i go about getting the dress cleaned? has anyone else experienced something similar?

I have been using ck be moisturiser for some time now. I recently purchased three bottles of ck be 250ml skin moisturiser, one here in spain and the other two on my way home from a work trip in hong kong. When using the new moisturiser, i noticed the lack of fragrance that i was used to. There is also a very strong odour of lanolin? shea butter? from the products, irrespective of the point of purchase.
There is no date on the bottles, but all have the same bar code number 0 88300 60448 7. Can you please let me know if these are from a faulty batch and what course of action i can take.

My husband purchased a gift of ck euphoria eau de parfum 100 ml for me on the 22nd April 14 i had only recently started using this bottle when the spray nozzle completely came off the bottle and all the perfume spilled out into my handbag. Hello. I bought a black Calvin Klein coat less than ten months ago. I bought it for the cold winter months. I haven't worn it all that much, and not at all through Spring and Summer. however, the stuffing inside the jacket is constantly fluffy up and poking through the jacket. This is leaving the jacket covered in white fluff. The fluff won't stop appearing. There is now a rather large piece of fluff coming out. The jacket wasn't cheap and for the money and the brand, and the fact I haven't had it one year yet, I do not expect your coat to do this.

I bought me son a rather expensive leather jacket. Unfortunately the main zip fastner at the front has broken and I need to get a replacement part . Basically there is a small piece of metal which attaches the fastner to the zip mechanism and it is this piece that is browken so hence the fastener is no longer attached to the zip mechanism. the back of the zip states " CMZ" and "8VS".
The jacket is a medium black leather jacket and the label states : cm199139 then cmsno1007.
