College offers bachelors and master of courses leading to Engineering and Management studies. The vision of the college is to be a centre of Academic Excellence, to provide the best technical education through innovative methods of Teaching - Learning process in a rapidly changing world scenario & to produce high quality professionals with a deep sense of our country's culture, heritage and values and the mission is to provide 'education for living & livelihood' as well as 'education for life' by focusing on the inculcation of human & moral values, to empower learners by providing world class education coupled with leadership and professional skills. Our mission is to transform attitudes, values & priorities by changing mindset, rejuvenate our learners, and infuse positive energy to take up challenges of life.
In the Datta Meghe Institute of Engineering, Technology and Research – DMIETR Wardha campus, there are ten computer labs in Campus with machines having the latest configurations. The entire labs have the best infrastructure with the state-of-the art technology. The labs have network facility, connecting the latest Intel microprocessor based computers. The labs have Pentium IV dual core machines, based nodes each with 2 GB RAM, 250 GB local hard disk, DELL color monitors, connected to through servers. Laser Printers, Data Projector, Scanner, and DVD Writers, other peripherals are connected to the network.
Datta Meghe Institute of Engineering, Technology and Research – DMIETR Wardha library is fully computerized with facilities like open stack areas, individual study tables, reference book section, e-journal section etc. The library is well equipped and spacious with 1608 titles of books and 5754 volumes. The library has annual subscription of twenty four National Journals and nine International Journals. Also there is Digital Library Facility and Computerized OPAC system in Library with automation through bar coding of books. The library staff aims to organize programs for students about the working process of OPAC, to develop reading habits in the students and to help in their professional development. Datta Meghe Institute of Engineering, Technology and Research – DMIETR Wardha has an AC Language Lab with around 40 PC’s which run the Language Software. Headphones, CD’s are provided to the students who learn the various aspects of languages like English, Italian, German, etc. Linguaphone 21 is also being made available for the students to absorb better communication skills. The Language Lab is constantly being upgraded as soon as new softwares arrive in the market.
