Foundation for Organizational Research and Education know as FORE is a center of excellence in Management Education, Research, Training and Consultancy. The unique philosophy of Foundation for Organizational Research and Education since its establishment in 1981, lays emphasis on being reasonable and fair as well as flexible. Fore School of Management-FSM is Located in B-18, Qutab Institutional Area, New Delhi, Fore School of Management provides contextual learning and helps in the development of students as thinking professionals, who have the ability to meet the future challenges of tomorrow's corporate leaders. The programmes develop multiple skills including managerial decision-making, problem-solving, analytical reasoning, communications, creativity and innovation. Fore School of Management-FSM takes pride in its professional and high-quality faculty, modern infrastructure, technology and resources- be it in the fields of General Management, Human Resource, Finance, Operations, Marketing, Information Technology, Economics and International Business.
Fore School of Management-FSM has an enviable infrastructure, where students work seamlessly in an environment, facilitated by a state of the art computer center, an exhaustive library, with a growing collection of books, periodicals and CD ROMs and an esthetic environment. FORE School of Management-FSM offers air conditioned classrooms and a discussion room equipped with audio visual equipment, an amphitheatre and an auditorium with a seating capacity of 300. Within the campus there is a subsidized canteen facility, leased hostel facility, fax, and STD-ISD facility.
Fore School of Management-FSM has two computer centers fully equipped with latest hardware and software. There are a total of six labs equipped with branded computers, fully networked with structured cabling. The network consists of various high-end servers including mail and web servers. All the class rooms, including auditorium and seminar hall, are well equipped with audio visual facilities. Each faculty is provided with a Laptop and a printer under the network. An exhaustive air conditioned library has the latest literature in management.
Fore School of Management-FSM library is the main resource center of the School, and has a fast growing collection of over 15000 select titles in management and related areas to cater academic and research needs of the users. The particular resources offered by the library are, General Collection, Reference books, Text books, Research reports, Standards, Bound volumes (Journals) and Video cassettes. The Corporate Interaction Division is responsible for organizing the highly educative and interactive weekly guest lecture sessions, better known as 'Anubhutis'. Thus the CID acts as an interface that brings corporate knowledge and expertise to campus by inviting eminent industry experts, corporate personalities and management consultants to campus. Besides these, the CID is also involved with organizing all major seminars on topical issues and conducting workshops for the students.

Faculty is the forte of Fore School of Management-FSM. It consists of 30 members encompassing an optimum mix of pure academicians and industry experts. They have an impeccable track record of imparting quality management education. Efforts of the core faculty are duly supplemented with the industry experts who are invited on a regular basis. They not only add value to our various programs by sharing their practical experiences with the students, but also contribute immensely in updating the course curriculum to match up to the expectations of the industry.
The Placement Cell or the FCD is entrusted with the highly crucial task of selecting, inviting and following up with the various corporate with whom Fore School of Management-FSM intends to place its students; be it for their summer training or their final placements. FCD also provides students with opportunities for Online Projects, which they can pursue along with their session. Participating companies are offered all facilities on campus - including airport pickups, arrangements for conducting tests, group discussions and interviews. All audio visual aids such as LCD's, OHP projectors, VCR's, T.V.'s etc. for your presentations are provided. Interested companies can indicate their preference for convenient dates to facilitate their visit.
