Owned a refrigerator fridge for about ten years and the compressor died last year. I purchased another of the same current model and today, almost a year to the day, the compressor on this one has failed. That makes two compressors in two fridges in two years. This is hardly quality manufacturing. I am on a fixed income and thankfully this fridge should still be under warranty by about a week. But this is totally unacceptable as once again I will be out about 200 bucks in frozen food that I will lose by the time this is sorted out. I bought a fridge in September 2016, the temperature of the refrigerator is fluctuating from -34C to 5C since March 2017. And also the inner wall of the refrigerator cracks about five-inch long. I called Customer care many times since then, and technicians came for the service four times, but each time when the technician finished the repair, the same problem happens again. The problem has been over a month, we have to dump the food too many times. I wonder what is reasonable time to fix a fridge, it takes a month or two?
Each time when I called Customer Care, I was told they are waiting for reports so that I have to wait them to call me back. I am not able to talk to Customer care manager even though I asked for transferring, the manager is either in meeting or busy. I understand there is a procedure for service, but I am suffering from your service procedure this time. I hope someone can help me out, I am very disappointed about this situation i am experiencing.

We recently purchased a Frigidaire range hood to match our other Frigidaire stainless appliances. After discussing it with the representative at the brick simcoe, we decided to buy part number FHWC3040MS. We didn't necessarily need the top of the line, but we liked the features, Ultra quiet, halogen lights and the three level speeds. I installed the range hood tonight and my first impressions are not good. The buttons are poor quality and feel harsh and are hard and loud to push. The halogen lights are so hot that they are uncomfortable to have on. My wife actually burned her finger when giving it it's first wipe down. The fan is anything, but ultra quiet. It's loud at best. We had a white nutone range hood before this and it was much nicer to have on and the lights were on a high, low switch. The nutone range was not nearly as expensive and needless to say I'm very disappointed with our purchase. I hope this is a mistake of some sort and you can make it right for a long time customer.

Bought a Frigidaire STOVE, FROm LEON's Dartmouth Nova Scotia. It was damanaged, chipped paint on top, near burners. Called to have it replaced, offered me 75. 00 to keep it, refused. Had the next one delivered, He paid the neighbors for helping with the first one. Had to wait five days, and we are ten minutes out the Hwy. It did arrive, unpacked outside, and the damaged was the same around the same place. Leon's said not thier fault. Looking for STOVE three, they said I would have to wait till the following Tuesday, 8?days to get a stove. ? I called on Monday to CONFIRM DELIVERY, , on the truck on TUESDAY 10-2, 2:30 it was not hear, we hit the roof., not a call from anyone eight days out ? She said the drive was out looking after " Special Customers " and I was get it on Wednesday., not Exceptible
Finally got the stove an hour laterfor my time, . Very DISAPPOINTED THAT I AM NOT THAT

I replaced my 20 year old Kenmore appliances and bought Frigidaire. My dishwasher, stove and fridge all replaced by Frigidaire. WORST MISTAKE EVER
Since then my Fridge needed a new Gasket and a shelf cracked. My dishwasher has done nothing, but act up (wouldn't drain and the vent issues)
All with in less than two years since purchase. My Kenmore appliances never had issues and were replaced for an "upgrade"
I will never by Frigidaire again and discourage others from buying.
