I have purchased online a trio of phones from Siemens (Gigaset) E560HX. There is lack of clarity in the sound. I have had to resort to my mobile (07583456836). The effect on your phone is as though the words are running into one another. I returned a previously purchased three Siemens Gigaset Premium E390A phones because the base was faulty. For this I received a refund. I tried contacting your service hotline in London “Appendix on 41 of the Manual”, without success. I would also add that this second purchase is fine in all respects other than the difficulty in clarity with the audio signal. Whilst in use there is no other device close by, and I have tried altering the earpiece sound as well as the volume control. I hope this information is of some use to you. With best wishes. Hello I am Sajjad Merchant from Mumbai India. The Gigaset C670 telephone has gone faulty. I need to repair the same. Could you please mail me the address of the service centre in Mumbai where I can get the same repaired. I tried to get the details from CROMA India from where I had purchased the same, but they do not have the information. I also contacted Siemens India Ltd. For details, but it seems even they do not have the details of service centres for Gigaset telephone equipment. Please help me out with the same. Best regards.
