Hi, I bought a massage at Wholistic Hands and Wellness in Atlanta as a gift. The appointment was scheduled before the expiration date. The day of the massage the company asked to reschedule it do to an emergency. Since, my sister has tried to reschedule several times and is unable to get ahold of anyone. At this point, I'd like my money back, this is poor customer service and we shouldn't have to continue to call a company to reschedule an appointment they cancelled. I have been unable to get to Woodlands restaurant to use our certificate due to, Many health problems and surgery so it expired today. so how do i get my $10 credit for another certificate? I don't like the idea that customers can't call you and talk to a real person. not fair to the consumers who do business with you. Can someone call me and tell me what to do? 865-688-7705.
