Stayed in Courtyard Matthews NC 11-5-18, shower area had a ANT Farm, in room phone did not work. Told front desk at checkout, said they were sorry only offered up a few extra points, even after I showed vidieo of ants all over shower. I did not push the point since I was heading for business appointment. I feel more should have been done.

Stayed at Marriott in Austin, Tx and we were never so disrespected like we were by the Marriott team leader. On Friday we arrived at Marriott for two nights and we though, when they took our credit card, they reserve us for the two nights. We find out on Saturday afternoon that they book us only for one night and we were told that if we want to stay the second night we have to pay 100 dollars extra. We were basically called liars by the team leader that said that we never requested two nights, even though the other employee was telling the team leader that we indeed requested two nights.

I was treated badly at a Memphis Marriott hotel. I was locked out of my room talked down to by front desk clerk and chastised by housekeeping supervisor. I had the front desk clerk walk away from me and tell me she couldn't deal with me because she had other customers and tell me I had to wait because she didn't like my attitude
