I'm very because you can not talk to a customer service representative. I think I deserve my money back from the previous call because I couldn't hear her at all. Too much nose in the back round. And I didn't get anything from her.
I have been trying to contact to few Keen advisors for the last few hours. When i call on the 800-275-5336, i get an automated system that keeps on telling me that i am on another Keen. I have no idea how much is in my account right now, not a clue. It is impossible to talk to a human being and very frustrating. My credit card was charged $39 for a call to someone named Syrenity last night and i have sent six messages asking for a refund. Since, i have not contacted this person either by phone or by text. Keen has not responded to a single e-mail request, and only forwarded more solicitations, even though stated that the request was urgent. This is disgraceful and deceptive practice, which i will take further, if i do not get a response.

I have literally spent thousands of dollars calling keen, for the past nine years. I have always left professional feedback. However, I recently posted negative, yet truthful and professional feedback for "Seventh Son". He sent me a personal e-mail, which was very condescending and then blocked me. I feel that this was an act of harrassment. I am unable to locate his extension #, as he blocked me, immediatley following his smart remarks. On many occassions I have received messages from readers that proved to be untrue, yet I never bad mouthed them publically. If you allow your readers to harass customers via e-mail, because they didn't like their HONEST and PROFESSIONALLY WRITTEN FEEDBACK, then block them so we can not post HONEST responses, then I am done calling KEEN. You've lost a nine year customer. AGAIN I HAVE PAID THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS THROUGH THE YEARS.
