I am with Furniture Medic in Alaska. We have a customer that has a Klaussner 77103-6L PWCRLS, and P77103-6 with PWRLS sectional power reclining sofa. He has lost the wiring for the power backs and back rests. Would it be possible for him to get the compnents and a wiring diagram so he can use his unit. He bought it in Florida in May or June this year at Mattress Depot from Stan whose phone is 850678-7800. Stan told us we need to contact Klaussner to fix it. Purchased the Domino Console Loveseat through AAFES, waited two weeks for delivery. Rec'd the item okay, the chair is okay. But the wrong armrest was included. I talked to a rep from the company to see if I could just simply get a replacement so I can use my chair - no luck. So now I have to send the entire thing back through AAFES which will take 2-3 weeks waiting for some contractor to come get it. Then I have replace the chair and wait two more weeks. If I decide to replace it with another one, which I am not sure I will now. I have no problem with the item, but I am left with a 600. 00 piece of furniture that I cannot use and it will be several weeks of waiting in between. Just for an armrest. This is not really my problem yet I am the one left holding all the responsibility to fix it. It's a waste of everyone's time and money. Not a very good way to conduct business.
