I purchased a luggage from your company a year and a half ago and have only used it for six times. However, it has already broken twice: I brought it back to your repairing centre last June to have the zip fixed and in less than a year, the zip is once again broken and this time the luggage was actually opened when I received it after the flight. It is unclear if things were fallen out of the luggage and I am extremely unhappy with the experience. I have been a loyal customer for your company and bought different luggages from you and had never had such a terrible experience. This is absolutely disappointing and I would like an exchange for a new luggage because it is obvious that bringing back to the centre for another repairment is not going to be of any use.
