I have been holding US$ Account No. FC 222803801 UBL Jinnah Avenue Islamabad since 2010. However, it was de-activated during 2016-2020. I re-activated the same in May 2021. I was issued cheque book containing leaf from Sl 8188051 to 8188075, out of which leaves upto 8188063 have already been utilized. I have been informed by UBL Customer Service on 19/9/2021 that since the Cheque book is too old the same cannot be utilized. It is requested that I may kindly be issued a new cheque book and send me on my newly registered address below. Moreover my mobile number may be changed from 03045491038 to 00966566697224. On Friday dated 04 May 2018 at 9. 15 am i visited UBL Malir city branch for opening an account, but unfortunately could not open an an account due to inability of branch staff to open the account on following reasons. 1-they said that they do not know which account will be opened of a UBL retrenched
employee for a pension purpose. 2- which documents will taken from a retrenched employee for account opening. 3- LIVE confirmation proforma is not available with us. 4-we have no infromation from our bank in response to advertisement in News papers regading Pension of UBL retrenched employees. five - I waited till 11. 00am for a proper response for opening an account, but in vain. 6- they called and send a email to concern department, but till to date no responce.
