I get a notification today and I responded with a message, then I though to myself that my subscription should be over, so I logged in again and attempted to cancel it again, same result, I then called and spoke to a reprensenative who then canceled my renewal, she then explained that I would not be see a charge next month, I said that’s fine, but what about the month I did not want, she told me because I responded with a message that I would not get a refund, I then ask if I could speak with a manager, she said no and hung up. I know this site doesn’t do this type of business or should be represented with such poor professionalism. I want to add it’s not about money, it’s the principle, I ask this representative what did I do wrong with not being able to cancel and she did not want to explain nor allow anyone to explain.
