my flight dy7114 9/24/18 from lax to rome has been delayed, then cancelled with no adequate notice your Customer care phone number is closed, my cruise booking an other bookings are dependent on this Noewegian flight to be on time. Please let me know as soon as possible what are my recourses since i was unable to log in on Norwegian.com/rights website.

I have been trying to your website to book two one-way tickets from LAX to Rome on Dec. 31, 2018. I have been unsuccessful in signing up for your Saga Points program. In addition, I am being shown the price for Premium-Flex and not for simple Premium. I do not need the Flex portion and it appears that very few seats are currently booked in the premium cabin for that flight. I would appreciate assistance in getting your website to work properly for me. Please advise.

I was very excited to buy a ticket for the first time from Norwegian. I am in the USA, so I chose that on the first page. I bought a ticket at a great price and upgraded to lowfare + to buy food (I did not know it was only one meal), a seat reservation, and one baggage. Also flight insurance. When I received my confirmation later in the day, I saw that theamount was in Pounds, not dollars, so I paid 1/3 more than I realized. There is no stateside number to call and check on my details, and I find the site somewhat confusing for a newcomer. Can I get an answer please from a Norwegian Airlines representative? So I know we are on the same page, and I have done all I need to do. And maybe discuss the currency confusion? That does not seem fair nor right.
