December 2015, I had purchased one of your Mobility 7" Tablet M-275. I always treat it with great care, never have I ever dropped it nor got it wet. As of tonight; I was using my tablet and when I went to tuch the screen, the screen had went black. I pushed the on button and when the light came back on the screen was cracked. I have Maylong 270 tablet it is defective unit the charging port broke again so had to sent it to get fixed. I sent it to Maylong, put insurance on the package, and was able to track it. I can see it was delivered to them at Maylong repair center. BUT I have not received it back and can not get any information on it Usps says it was delivered and the post office down in Rochester mi says it was delivered, but when I call any and all numbers above listed for Maylong they are all disconnected thus leaving me in the dark and stealing my tablet as have no idea who has it at that above address and this really makes me very very extremely upset i do not recommend anyone to buy any Maylong products. Leaves me with no other choice then to file complaints and start legal action.

I only bought the m-900 Maylong tablet on 06/04/14 and twice now, it had been locked out of settings, ie. Couldn't even log onto internet or monitor applications, etc. First time I tried to email them, it took a good three times, via website and then my email program to get a response. It was eventually reset. This time, though, no email response and now see website and telephone numbers are no longer any good. I did get it reset via a paying website, but still know I have no company to which I can go for free support! I do not see how heartland America can legally sell this product without more than a 90-days guarantee to work and, surely had to know Maylong was going out of business! If it was for sale on Ebay, it would be more an "as is". "for parts" to be more accurate. Feel really gypped and think heartland and Maylong aught to have to reimburse me for this item! A state of people I thought were more trustworthy than many others. Guess I was wrong!.
