Hi, Ive been on holiday for ten days and on my return found that my computer will not fully re boot. First time it got halfe way through the ten day up date and stalls, I restart by removing all power and each time it stalls a little earlier. Each time I eventualy get the start screen with all the icons then the mouse moves, but will not open anything. Ive had to buy this new computer to contact you. Any surggestions welcome Phil.

I bought Bullguard last November and was told it would just carry on from the one that runs out tomorrow, I recently bought premium while it was on offer and have been unable to load it, even with the online help. So in fact I have two new Bullguards to be loaded. So instead of telling my purchase is running out, take a look and help me gewt installed once and for all, thank you. I am a John Lewis broadband customer and consequently have Bullguard f. O. C. On my PC however, when installing it on my laptop as well it does not recognize that it is also with John Lewis Broadband, do I have to buy a subscription for the laptop? If the answer to this is yes would I be better to get it jointly for the laptop as well as the pc?
Both the laptop and PC are for home use and not for business use.

I have would also like comfirmation that you have deleted my bank details from your system so this does not happen again. I managed to speak to someone via a webchat who informed me that an email is sent out to customers five days prior to payment being taken, but I never received one and then she went onto say that you did not have my email address. I have reloaded one of my two computers twice to try and get it working. One of my two computers is now in the bin and replaced with new one. I tried to reload Bullguard into my new computer, but your web site states I have loaded three computers already. This is not the case I still only have two computers one old original and a brand new Acer Aspire. I do not wish to pay a further £17. 50p when I still have till spring of next year to run.
