Your customer service number is ALWAYS unreachable. The construction of my house in camella bucandala was promised to start upon the completion of payment for equity. But after completing my equity and issuing six pdcs until April 2019, no status was given and you want me to issue additional six pdcs amortization including interest for a unit that construction has not been in placed yet. No account or someone from camella even tried to contact me. It is really frustrating that I am still the one worrying about the unsettled amortization for May, no one fron your office tried to contact me.

Kumuha ako ng unit sa camella ng 2014 at early this year 2017 lang po na turn over yung unit sakin. Very disappointed ako dahil sa sobrang mahal nung bahay na kinuha ko Hindi ko inaakala na ganun Lang ang hitsura pag tinurn over na yung bahay sa buyer. Wala lahat basta itinayo Lang. Then now ipinapa kumpleto ko na ang bahay para sa wakas ay matirhan na dahil hanggang ngayun ay tumutuloy parin ako sa bahay ng nanay ko. Ang dami ko na pong nagagatos sa pagpapaayos ng unit pero ang problema po pagka tapos ikabit nung water yung kesame ay tumutulo at tumatagas sa wall. Dahil nandito po ako sa abroad yung kapatid ko Lang ang nag aasikaso ng pamamahala dun sa bahay. Nagpunta yung sister ko sa camella office at ang sabi daw po sa kanya ay Hindi na daw Nila sagot yun dahil na turn over na yung unit. Ang point ko po dito Hindi PA natitiran yung bahay diba dapat I assist pa Nila kami dito sa problemang ito.

It has been three months since we have completed our downpayment and we have not heard anything yet as to when is our unit going to be constructed. As per agent's advise, as soon as we have settled the downpayment, within 6-8 months our unit will be constructed. Been calling you guys, but you always say you needed to contact your engineer about it and will call me back, but no one ever did. Ive been calling and asking same question for the past three monthsAnd the most disappointing part is that you continue to collect our monthly amort with a very high interest and yet you have not even followed the contract, to construct the said unit within the provided time frame. We complied to your terms and it's just right that we should demand you do yours.

I'm one of the house owner in lessandra bacoor phase 8,
Its been 2017 since the house is being turn over to me, but the person who accept it didn't fill up the application form for meralco so my house doesn't have light. Then I just got time to go back in Philippines so I personally applied it, but until now no light yet. And other thing is that in front of my house there is a steel pole which is very dangerous because of the wire on it. I already complaint it, but they just told me that they already call for the engineer in my area. I'm want some action regarding my complaint, but no response yet.

Back in February of this year we made a 5K Php Deposit for one of your foreclosure properties in San Marino. Unfortunately on viewing it was not suitable. We then asked for our deposit to be returned. Each time our representative has returned to your Alabang Office your employee Miss Wendy Morales has informed it is in process. Even after four months. I called her number over ten times and no answer TodayI personally called Alabang office and was informed she was not available only when I asked to talk with a manager she became available after 20 minutes waiting on her she informed me of the same thing. I informed that four months processing was totally unacceptable. This has not been a pleasant experience with Camella and has made me very reluctant to deal with you for my further property searches. Dear Sir/Madam, This is to formally file a complaint regarding our house located at Camella Provence, Phase six, Block four, Lot 23. Our house has leaks during rains and we are complaining it for more than a month now and since then it has no resolution. The damages on ceiling is getting worse and it's affecting our electrical line. Can we get a resolution of this as soon as possible?It was turned over to us only last December 2014. Only eight months using it and there are leak issues. We demand to get it fix as soon as possible and repaint the damage ceiling as its affecting the electrical line that can cause fire or short circuit. I am writing to you as I am not getting a reply thru your website and the number posted (landline/mobile). I have difficulty getting through. I have bought a unit in Spot Cash at this address Block 11 Lot ten Phase two, Camella Homes at the Islands Paliparan, Dasmarinas Cavite as during the sales talk it was said and promised by the marketing agent that after making the spot cash my house unit will be built as soon as possible compared to inhouse payment or thru Pag-Ibig or SSS. Therefore knowing that my unit will be built faster I opted for the Spot Cash. I paid in full last May 2013. It is already mid 2015 and no notice, call, email or letter did I receive informing me of the delay and I have no idea when are you planning to built my unit. Thank you very much and hope to hear from you soon as I also do not want to make this issue bigger and say approach the Media. I trust that with the name Villar attached to Camella.
