Worst customer support from a company i have ever seen, have trawled through forums for the past three hours to no avail, will just have to wait for a response to my ticket i sent, but apparently they take 4-5 days to respond terrible terrible service to a paying customer.
I initially purchased Guild Wars 2 during its release. I came back to play the game around two months ago. During these past two months, I have been incapable of logging onto my account both on the forums and the site. I cannot even submit a ticket or reset my password, because despite HAVING the purchase code, i am incapable of using it without knowing ONE OF MY CHARACTERS NAMES. If the account were hacked as i believe it was then such a mad request would be impossible to accomplish even with remembering my characters name. It is also asking that i check my phone for the code. I do not have a smart phone or a smart phone app as those things do not interest me in the slightest. I feel as though, i was robbed and i am now incapable of contacting Customer Support. What must I do to not be robbed by a corporation such as Arena net?
