Indian Institute of Materials Management – IIMM Mumbai is the National Apex Body representing a wide spectrum of professionals engaged in various facets of Materials Management, responsible for planning, sourcing, logistics and supply chain management. Indian Institute of Materials Management – IIMM Mumbai is the largest Branch of IIMM amongst its 45 Branches and 19 Chapters in the country, with a membership more than 2000 Individual Members and around 100 Corporate Members, Large and Small. Mumbai Branch is the largest branch in terms of student’s enrolment too with more than 300 students in their roles at any point of time, in different semesters.
Indian Institute of Materials Management – IIMM Mumbai is governed by an Executive Committee, being elected in bi-annual basis by all the Members who are eligible to vote, on the basis of their Membership validity status, as on 30 June of the election year. Indian Institute of Materials Management – IIMM Mumbai offers several courses of material management studies i.e., Graduate Diploma in Materials Management, the Post Graduate Diploma in Materials Management, CPM/APP Examinations, Diploma in Stores Management and Diploma in Logistics Management.

Mumbai Branch is bound by the Rules and Regulations formulated by the National Council / Education Wing of the Parent body.
Indian Institute of Materials Management – IIMM Mumbai has three Study Centres, Ruparel College, Matunga Road, Bedekar College, Thane and Goregaon Premises. Coaching classes are held at Ruparel College and Bedekar College in the Evenings on all working days from 6:30 pm to 8:30 pm and in Goregaon Premises on Sundays from 10 am to 5 pm. Indian Institute of Materials Management – IIMM Mumbai organizes special extra-curicular events for the students by way of Soft Skill development like Presentation Skills, Resume Writing, Interview Techniques, Quiz Programmes, Essay Competition, Elocution Competiton, Case-study presentation, factory visits. All students are given special concession in the Fees of various Seminars / Workshops / Conventions. High Level Overseas Educational Programmes like International Purchasing & Supply Chain Management (IPSCM), conducted by WTO, Geneva and Certified Purchasing & Supply Manager ( CPSM) conducted by Institute of Supply Management, USA are offered by us.
