Purchased three appliances on Sept 25, told after numerous unreturned calls, the fridge and stove would arrive on October 6, stove Oct 11. The first two appliances arrivedend of October, never received the stove, apparently its backordered, almost two months, I'm making a second payment on this. Today I'm told"stove may arrive Nov 15, we're to busy to deliver it until sometime next week, if it arrives", "customer service" lady is rude and insisted I go get my bill of proving what day I bought them. When I asked to speak with the manager she snipped "I just spoke to them for you"she then proceeded to tell me there would be $180 in charges to take old appliances away, to change the handle on the fridge, when I stated to her the sales person said "we'll deal with that"when I brought up the removal of the old appliances to the sales guy, when I told the"customer service"lady this she raised her voice and stated"Jeff has no authorization to have those appliances removed from free" 7057064313.
