Priyadarshini College of Engineering - Nellore was established in the year 2005 with a view of imparting high quality education in engineering, under the Priyadarshini Educational Society. Priyadarshini Educational society was established in the year 1985 by the young brothers P. Subbarami Reddy and P.V. Sreenatha Reddy with a mission to transform the yound minds into master minds by imparting value oriented education with utmost discipline as core values, in the fiels of Management, Computer Aplications and Engineering. Priyadarshini College of Engineering - Nellore is established in a sprawling area of 30 acres adjoining Nellore just 1.5Km away from National Highway no-5. It is at a distance of 8 Km from both Bus and Railway stations of Nellore. The institute is easily accesible by autos and town-buses plying on the route, besides the college own transport.

There are 350 Systems all together of which 120 systems are with cofiguration of Pentium IV 2.93G.Hz., 256MB RAM, 80GB SATA HDD, 15" Color monitor, keyboard and scroll mouse, kept under central computing facility.
There are another 30 systems with the same configuration available in Language Lab along with head-phone set for each. All the 150 systems are connected in LAN using 10 / 100Mbps 16-port / 24-port D-Link swithes in star topology. A 24-pin dot matrix printer and another inkjet printer HP-3745 are available. In Central computing lab 60 systems are equipped with a 15KVA online UPS with one hour backup capability. Another couple of 10KVA Servo Stabilizers are kept at language lab.
