Ravi Shankar Business School-RBS Post Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDM) is unique in that it offers a third-tier called the Super Competency Programme (SCP) in four cutting edge and industry relevant areas of Supply Chain Management, Energy Management, Media and Mass Communication and Banking and E-commerce. The general structure of a MBA/PGDM course as taught in most universities/institutes is two-tier.
There is a core component which consists of the fundamentals of Management Studies and a Specialization component, generally in one of the four broad areas viz. Marketing, Finance, Human Resource or Operations. Ravi Shankar Business School-RBS PGDM is unique in that it offers a third-tier called the Super Competency Programme (SCP) in four cutting edge and industry relevant areas of Supply Chain Management, Energy Management, Media and Mass Communication and Banking and E-commerce. During the first year all students will be exposed to core courses and these four SCPs.
