Recognized by the Govt. of Punjab, all courses offered by the college are approved by the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE), New Delhi.

Adesh Institute of Engineering and Technology - AIET Faridkot offers courses in B.Tech, 4 year full time in Electronics & Communication Engg, Computer Science Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Information Technology, Civil Enginerring and B.Tech. in Bio-Medical Engg. In addition, it also offers B.Sc. in Bio- Technology. P.G. Courses in M-Tech ECE, M-Tech EE and M.B.A. were introduced very recently. Two additional M.Tech courses in CSE and IT have also been introduced which have been approved by the AICTE, New Delhi and Punjab Technical University (PTU) Jalandhar.

It also arranges training for students in industries for 6 weeks at the end of 4th semester. Students of 6th and 7th semester undergo six months training at prominent organizations.
