Shaheed Sukhdev College of Business Studies-SSCBS was founded in the year of 1987 by the Ministry of Human Resource Development as the first institute of collegiate business school in India imparting management education at an undergrad level.
Shaheed Sukhdev College of Business Studies-SSCBS was the first undergraduate management school that came under the aegis of the University of Delhi (DU).The program curriculum in each of the courses is designed by the experienced faculty of the college and lays the foundation for conceptual understanding. Exposure to real business situations is the main point of the curriculum. This is achieved through case studies, summer training and Industrial visits.
Shaheed Sukhdev College of Business Studies-SSCBS is situated near Vivek Vihar in East Delhi. The college has a well equipped Audio Visual Hall and Conference Room with modern teaching aids such as LCD projector, overhead projector, personal address and conference system. The A/V Room is used for presentations and guest lecturers of the College alumni and Various Corporate executives whose purpose is to enrich the students with the latest knowledge and give them a platform for voicing their doubts and concerns about the topic in question. Each classroom is has its own overhead projector.
