All India Council for Technical Education, (AICTE), New Delhi, has given the approval for the courses offered by Shaheed Bhagat Singh College of Engineering and Technology. Shaheed Bhagat Singh College of Engineering and Technology promises to provide a conducive atmosphere in its campus, to ensure that its students achieve their career goals. Moreover, the college provides all the basic for amenities required the smooth conduct of the courses. Shaheed Bhagath Singh College of Engineering and Technology-SBSCET offers different type of Undergraduate and Postgraduate courses to the student. Undergraduate courses such as B.Tech Courses, BSc (IT), BCA & Postgraduate courses such as M.Tech Courses, MBA, MCA, MSc (IT) and Diploma Courses etc.

Around nine thousand text-books and reference have been procured in various streams of Science , Engineering , Management , General Knowledge & Humanities. Beside the hostels accommodation , the college provides various facilities in the college campus for the students and teachers and for other staff. The college has a dispensary to provide basic medical facilities. It acts as a centre help to both students and the staff. Soon the Shaheed Bhagath Singh College of Engineering and Technology-SBSCET institution is going to have full fledged Health Centre with all medical amenities within the campus. There is a shopping complex in the college. Besides the shops for basic house holds items, it also includes the shops of STD-PCO, stationary, refreshment, washer man, juice corner and it also houses a bank an ATM and a Post Office. There is also a Photostat shop inside the campus. The college is having beautiful playgrounds for students to spend their time at evening. There is a lawn-tennis ground, cricket ground , Basket-ball and playgrounds for other games.
There are various societies in the Shaheed Bhagath Singh College of Engineering and Technology-SBSCET which organized various functions and events as the co-curricular activities for the overall development of students. For the students, the college has well established four hostels ( three for boys and one for girls ). All the hostels have TV rooms with cable connections, a guest room, Common rooms for in door games and a reading room. Rooms to the students are allotted on basis of their previous year merit and their preferences. For the healthy and the sound development of the students, the Shaheed Bhagath Singh College of Engineering and Technology-SBSCET encourages various sports activities. A sport serves as a very good means of recreating for the modem civilization, which is becoming increasingly prone to psychological stress of modern day living and work condition. For the proper utilization of leisure time college have a vast lush green play` fields measuring 245X245 meter athletic track, hockey ground, basketball ground volleyball, lawn tennis & badminton. The cemented courts are available. Indoor games like carom, table tennis, and chess are available in each hostel. The college is also going for indoor stadium and also has the full-fledged gymnasium and has plans to have a swimming pool very soon.
