Stewart Science College - Cuttack has introduced uniform dress code as per the direction of the Department of Higher Education, Govt. of Orissa with effect from the academic session 2005-06. A student not in full uniform may not be allowed to enter into the college premises. Beyond its immediate responsibility to provide the information services and resources that support the courses of study offered at the college, the library has the broader mission of fostering in our students the importance and necessity of lifelong learning. There is an Athletic Society for conducting the games and sports of Stewart Science College - Cuttack. The society consists of the Principal as the Ex-officio President, a member of the teaching staff to act as a Vice-President two or more members of staff as members, two students to be elected by the students as the Secretary, Assistant Secretary and one representative of each section of each class of the College. Stewart Science College - Cuttack takes a keen interest in the different Inter College Tournaments conducted by the Utkal University Sports Council. The College also participates in some of the tournaments conducted by the local sports body. To enable the College to participate, in different games, regular inter-class tournaments are held to select the College team.
