The vision of Dr. K. M. Vasudevan Pillai (Founder, Secretary, and CEO) and Dr. Daphne Pillai (Joint Secretary and Rector), the trust grew from a single school into a multi-institution, multi-location group delivering quality education at all levels. Pillais Polytechnic - Panvel is located at 10, Sector 16, New Panvel, Maharashtra. The library has total collection of books amounts to more than 20,000. There are separate bound volumes of both Indian and Foreign periodicals and magazines. It has an earmarked reading room with lot of books, magazines, newspapers etc. Pillais Polytechnic - Panvel students are allowed to borrow two books at a time for a period of 15 days. Since books required for an academic year are available in multiple copies, the students need not have to purchase these books of their own. Besides the institution have well furnished laboratories for Biotechnology, Microbiology, Physics & Chemistry.
Pillais Polytechnic - Panvel has two seminar halls with all modern facilities in the campus. The juries and seminars are conducted in seminar hall with ultra modern LCD projector, computer, and audio and video facilities. The college building seminar hall has a capacity of 100, The IT building hall has a capacity of 250 and all the juries and seminars are conducted in the seminar hall. The hall is equipped with ultra modern LCD projector, computer workstation, audio-visual facilities and wireless Internet facilities.
Pillais Polytechnic - Panvel offers hostel facilities to the students in the hostel located in the campus that is meant for all students of college. Psychology Lab has all the tests and the corresponding equipments for conducting psychology experiments based on B. Ed. syllabus. College also provides expert guidance and counseling services to needy students. College has several classrooms which are well equipped with the latest teaching aids and equipments.
Pillais Polytechnic - Panvel provides gym facility. In English the meaning of physical education is pertained in the world gym. Both physical and mental health plays an important role for the well-being of an individual. In tune with the objective of all-round development of students, the campus is equipped with an in-house gymnasium. It contains world-class equipments like treadmills and strength machines for exercise and work out. In short, the gym provides an ideal atmosphere for the students to de-stress themselves.
